HelpNet and Fieldstone Center Counseling Services
HelpNet is a full-service provider of employee assistance
programs (EAP), and outpatient mental health and relapse prevention
counseling services. HelpNet also provides organizational
training and consultation services. These resources, and the
expertise of the HelpNet staff, are combined to provide area
businesses with a wide range of valuable resources.
HelpNet is Battle Creek Health System's full-service EAP
dedicated to providing complete services to area companies.
HelpNet EAP includes assessment, brief counseling, referral
and follow-up services to help employees and eligible family
members cope with a wide range of issues that affect their
work performance and personal lives. These issues are often
interrelated and involve emotional, family, health, substance
abuse, financial and legal problems.
Fieldstone Center
The Fieldstone Center is a comprehensive adult, adolescent
and child behavioral health service run by Battle Creek Health
System. These services include outpatient care; partial hospitalization
programs; and an intensive, short term inpatient support service.
The experts at the Fieldstone Center have developed an Access
Center (located in the Battle Creek Health System Emergency
Department) that is open 24-hours a day to offer immediate
assistance to families in need.
Occupational Medicine works closely with HelpNet Counseling
Services, and the Fieldstone Center. Through this partnership,
the expertise of each service can be channeled to meet the
unique needs of your business and your employees. Regardless
of the cause, we provide the specialized services that maintain
