Michigan Diabetes Outreach Network provides independent study modules with continuing education credits for nurses and dieticians. Continuing education credits are provided for nurses from MNA (Michigan Nurses Association) and to dieticians from CDR (Commission on Dietetic Registration).

Modules may be accessed through the MDON website at: http://www.diabetesinmichigan.org .

Instructions for module completion are provided. A registration application / post test and a participant evaluation printout needs to be sent to the MDON regional office upon completion (see list on MDON site.)

Cost: free to nurses and dieticians in Michigan; $20 for those outside Michigan
